Finally, Jennifer and Will are married! It was an honor to partner with a team of local vendors in order to provide this inspiring couple with the wedding that they deserve. The day could not have been a more beautiful celebration of a more beautiful family!

In case you missed it, I shared a blog post a few weeks back that featured Jennifer and Will’s story. The two faced every parent’s greatest fear, as their son, Jude, was diagnosed with a severe heart disease and was in need of a heart transplant. After months of living in the hospital, Jude was finally able to get his donor heart, and he is now in full recovery!

Jennifer, Will, and Jude are such a kind, strong, and genuine family, despite what they have been through. When Jude received his diagnosis, Jennifer and Will postponed their wedding in order to give all their attention and resources to their son. Therefore, their wedding day on July 31st, 2021, was a long-awaited celebration.

Jennifer and Will’s wedding was on a beautiful, albeit very hot, Florida summer day! The sun was shinning and the joy in the air was palpable. After all they went through as a family, Jennifer, Will, and Jude were finally here, celebrating the amazing love between them!

I was thrilled to join an amazing group of vendors who gave of their time and resources to bring this wedding day to fruition. The talented team at Corbitt Events coordinated the entire day seamlessly! Summer House Venue Collection in downtown Amelia Island was the perfect location for this intimate ceremony. The setting could not have been more beautiful, with flowers by Saint Florals and rentals from All About Events! Every element was flawlessly curated to make the day special for Jennifer and Will.

However, there was nothing more beautiful at that hot summer wedding than the smiles on Jennifer, Will, and little Jude’s faces! The family was overjoyed to simply be together on such a special day. Jennifer made for a breathtaking bride, and her two favorite guys looked handsome as ever. It was truly an honor for me to photograph such an inspiring family! I am wishing them many more years of joy together!
